When Mondial Assistance Spain was formed and the activities of Elvia and Mondial Assistance combined, our corporate objective and top priority was very clear, and remains so today: to ensure that our Clients and their customers are 100% satisfied through the provision of exceptional quality service solutions.

We are well aware that if we do not fulfil this objective, our work will never be complete, regardless of the amount of enthusiasm and effort invested. ISO9001:2000 Certification

In November 2003 AENOR awarded the Mondial Assistance Group companies in Spain, Elviaseg and Smasa, the certification of the new ISO 9001:2000 standard.  

The AENOR certificate translates into a continued challenge to raise our Quality Standards.
